We have identified a crucial need for medical and public health professional who wants to upgrade their skills particularly in public health research domain such as technical writing, data analysis, research aptitude and advocacy domain.
Who can learn with us?
This program is a learning opportunity of six months which aims to provide an opportunity to early career ‘public health professionals’ with an experience less than 7 years and to
‘mid-level professionals’ with an experience of 8-15 years.
Why PHRF?
Our program is unique as we focus on building the capacity of our fellows in research, one health,
health communications, advocacy, and other allied areas. They are also getting chance on regular basis
to interact closely with our team of experts. Through our fellowship program, we are providing talented and motivated medical and public health professionals with hands-on training (on research design, implementation), mentorship, and support throughout the process. In addition, the public health professionals through this fellowship programme can inculcate skills that can facilitate their skills in promoting primary health care. By empowering our fellows in writing policy briefs, technical
manuscripts, systematic reviews, conducting complex data analysis and enhancing their skills in health
communications while focusing on social behaviour change communication (SBCC) to bring positive
impact on the vulnerable communities, we are helping them to enrich their experience in complex
verticals of public health issues.
Profile of our fellows this year:
