They are also getting chance on regular basis to interact closely with our team of experts. Through our fellowship program, we are providing talented and motivated medical and public health professionals with hands-on training (on research design, implementation), mentorship, and support throughout the process. By empowering our fellows in writing policy briefs, technical manuscripts, systematic reviews, conducting complex data analysis and enhancing their skills in health communications while focusing on social behaviour change communication (SBCC) to bring positive impact on the vulnerable communities, we are helping them to enrich their experience in complex verticals of public health issues.

health interventions and multiple aspects in the public health sector.
The current batch of PHRF program is inclusive of all genders showcasing the need of accommodation of multiple stakeholders coming together. This initiative is a building block to promote the participation of sensitised and empathetic individuals in the health system to work as community for public good.
Through the Public Health Internship Program, FPHS provided young minds with a platform to implement their new ideas on the ground as well as while conducting research at their desks. This internship enabled them to gain practical experience, build networks, and bring a fresh perspective to the field of public health. During the year, a cohort of 15 interns worked with FPHS across areas of public health research, advocacy, data collation, knowledge management and community engagement initiatives.
