Life-Saving Blood Donation Camp

At FPHS, we believe that improving the health of the community is the need of the hour, and we aim to do this by building trust and partnership among communities. We recently organized a “Blood Donation Camp” to celebrate “World Blood Donors Day” in collaboration with Organum Donum. The event was held on 26th June at Aggarwal Dharmashala, a village located in Mehrauli, South Delhi. The initiative was supported by Dr. Vivek Virendra Singh, Health Specialist, UNICEF India, and Ms. Aarti Singh, the local counselor of ward 68 S, Mehrauli, Delhi.

The response to our call for blood donation was heartening, and we managed to collect a significant amount of blood that will help in saving many lives. It was a proud moment for us to see people coming forward and contributing to this noble cause.
